If you ever find that you are experiencing connections problems with any of the services we provide then we recommend that customers should view this page before filling out the support form or contacting us.

You may find that we have shut down some of our services in order to upgrade or add new security fixes to our infrastructure. If however, you find that all services are OK then please visit our support page and fill out on the online form.

Below you'll also find information on any past issues or upgrades. We also post information before the event has taken place. For example, if we are shutting down the server for a major hardware upgrade next week for two hours you will be able to read about that before it happens.

Saturday 20th Jan 2008 - Bypass Tool Added

We now employ more anti-spam technology than ever before however, this can also increase false positives. The condition in which spam-filtering software will incorrectly identify a legitimate, solicited or expected e-mail as a spam transmission. As spammers use more and more sophisticated methods of averting spam filters, the filters have to adapt to keep the onslaught of spam at bay. While sophisticated spam filters, such as the ones that use Bayesian filtering, are keeping out the overwhelming majority of spam e-mails, some spam still slips past the filters, and unfortunately some legitimate e-mail is incorrectly identified as spam and filtered out

We have created this online bypass tool to aid our systems blocking legitimate mail. Below you'll find a form and we have made this very easy to use. For more information visit our bypass page.
