At MPNetworks we have a very strict policy on spam. If we find anyone
using our service to spam others their account will be frozen until we
investigate further. If you are found guilty for spamming your account
will then be closed without refund or warning.
On the other hand, we don’t like our members receiving spam so we do
everything in our power to try and stop this however, we do need your
help. This page was set up in order to help our members report spam they
may be receiving. By using the report tool below we can check our logs
and if indeed you are receiving spam we can block them.
Ways to stop spam
- You can use your own mail clients filtering system
- Use our webmail interface and block them from your account
- You can only sign up to services that you know will not sell your address on.
If you must sign up to other online services which are not
trusted or are known for spamming mail accounts you could open up a
free web mail account so all that mail will go there and not your
inbox.
Realtime Blackhole List:
We on the other hand check our logs for incoming spam every day and
block out repeat offenders. This block goes in to our RBL (Realtime
Blackhole List). Then in future no mail from that source can be
accepted by our mail servers.
